New GDC Reporter Bags!
Ideal for professional photographer and prosumer videographers

Photo Reporter bags were created for the reporter “on the move,” ready to grab and go at any moment and easily accessible to your gear, ready to capture that split-second shot. They hang comfortably on your shoulder and provide quick, full access to your gear through the one-handed top flap or discreet access through a watertight zippered slot in the top. Internal divisions have layered storage capability. This product family has been developed with the assistance of a focus-group of professional photo journalists.

As is standard with Kata bags, the Reporter bags include a convenient rain cover for extra protection if you are caught in a downpour!

The Photo Reporter bags are available in three sizes for a great carrying solution for all your gear!

I’m currently in the process of changing my shoulder bag, and having used the Kata R-103 for a year I am obviously loking towards the Kata range. Great products!

Do you think that there would be room to slip a small netbook (7″x9″x1″) into the PR-420? I was thinking in a similar position to the latop in the 460.

The PR420 has a soft design and you can probably stuff a netbook in there, either inside the padded divider or out. Keep in mind that it’ll take away interior space for your camera gear. There is no pouch or padding for the netbook though you can probably use some Modi-vers to create a divider. You might be better off getting a PR440 so you have some additional space to work with! Then again it depends on what you plan to carry besides your netbook.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
