Hahnemühle archival, fine art canvas plus a simple  Stick and Stretch gallery wrap system equals a fantastic product for your photos!

Got an inkjet printer? You can create gallery wraps!

The framing is prefabricated.  Print your image on the canvas sheet provided and wrap it… it takes about 5 minutes! The prefabricated framing is sticky – position your printed canvas on it, trim the edges, peel off the adhesive tape, cut  the corners at a 45 degree angle, fold it all up and insert the staples provided.

2 options: Daguerre Canvas or Monet Canvas

Daguerre Canvas is an artist canvas made of poly-cotton. The high white brightness provides clear, fresh colours and contrasts for colour and black-and-white reproductions. As the name suggests, Daguerre canvas is particularly suitable for photo printing.

Monet Canvas has a neutral white base tone and is made of 100% cotton. Its outstanding characteristics are highly respected and recommended for art reproduction as well for high-quality photo printing with painting effect.

2 Sizes: An 8.5×11 kit that creates a finished wrap of 5 ½” x7 ¾” or a 13×19 kit that creates a finished wrap size of 10″ x 15 ¾”.

This type of presentation is extremely popular because of the artistic look it lends to almost any image.

With the Hahnemühle Gallerie Wrap System, you can make the canvas print, stretch and fasten it to the frame yourself, at home, in about 5 minutes!

Each kit includes:

  • One prefabricated Gallerie Photowrap Frame  (either 8.5” x 11” or 13” x 19″)
  • Two Sheets of inkjet compatible canvas (either Daguerre or Monet)

This seems like a really cool idea. Where do you get a kit? Do you buy them in stores? Order from the web?

It is a really cool idea – you can buy them at your local photo store. Ask someone if you don’t see them on the shelves as it is a very new product.
